Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Pixelilo tool or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Pixelilo provides a suite of AI-powered web tools designed for creators, developers, and freelancers. The Service currently includes:

Each tool is available in a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Free-tier features are provided as-is with usage limits. Pro features are described on each tool's pricing page and unlocked upon active subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts

Some features require a Pixelilo account. When you create an account:

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at legal@pixelilo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR on each tool's pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until the period expires.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments, except where required by applicable law (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive may grant a 14-day cancellation right for certain new subscriptions). If you believe you are entitled to a statutory refund, contact legal@pixelilo.com within 14 days of the charge.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase, and the new price will apply at your next renewal after the notice period.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to abuse free-tier limits or circumvent rate limiting.
• Impersonate Pixelilo or any other person or entity.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these prohibitions, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Pixelilo's IP

The Service, including its software, algorithms, design, templates, and branding, is owned by Pixelilo and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Your Generated Content

You own the output you generate using the Service (headlines scored, schema markup created, OG images downloaded, policies generated, tax estimates produced). We claim no ownership over content you create using our tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Generated legal documents (privacy policies, terms, etc.) satisfy the legal requirements of your specific jurisdiction — always have a lawyer review documents before relying on them.
• Tax estimates are accurate or constitute professional tax advice — consult a qualified tax professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXELILO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) €50.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXELILO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pixelilo and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Pixelilo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Pixelilo is registered.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pixelilo regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
